Best beaches in the north of Mauritius

Pereybere

Located between the villages of Grand Baie and Cap Malheureux, Pereybère beach is very privileged by Mauritians. The water is transparent, calm but a little deeper than the other beaches in the region. You can also dive with a mask and snorkel thanks to the clear water.

Trou aux Biches

Discover the beach of Trou aux Biches, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius. Here, the conditions for swimming and snorkeling are ideal. Anse la Raie

Grand Baie

Located on the coast road, Grand Baie beach is mainly the meeting point for catamaran excursions in the northern islands. You will also find many boats moored on the beach. Not very suitable for swimming, it is, however, ideal for a walk or a relaxing session in the sun. Many bars, restaurants and street food stands are also located on the beach.

La Cuvette

Located at the exit of the city of Grand Baie, discover the small beach of La Cuvette. Only 80 meters long, the beach offers great tranquility. It is ideal for those who are looking for a quiet, peaceful and almost deserted beach.
